Dr Shikha Tripathi is a faculty at Bankers Institute of Rural Development, Lucknow. She carries has more than 32 years experience of working extensively in the area of Brainstorming, organization Development, Training of Trainers, Human Resource Development, Gender and microFinance and has provided consultancy to various organizations including CPWD, UNICEF, media, government departments, banks etc. She worked as faculty with former UP Academy of Administration , Nainital and in one of the development units of, Lal Bahaur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. She has also been a consultant to UNICEF, UP on Rights of Children. Trained in Communication by John Hopkins University, and various areas such Trainers Training, Organization Development, Organization Behaviour by national and international training agencies, she specializes in Organization Behaviour & Design.
